All standard orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany (address below). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed in your cart before you checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. How do I check the status of my order?
If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email within 30 days of receiving your order confirmation, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please note that timeframes may differ for pre-ordered items.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not support shipments to the Channel Islands, PO Boxes, or British Forces Post Office locations.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not accept refunds or returns for any of the items listed on this website.
